Affinda Group is the lives’ work of brothers Ben and Tim Toner, whose mix of grit, curiosity and ambition sparked something bigger than themselves – an Australian AI company focused on helping organizations to solve complex business problems.

With deep expertise in business process automation and agentic AI technology focused on intelligent document processing, Affinda helps organizations automate their core business processes.

The group's Pathfindr brand helps organizations accelerate AI adoption through structured executive education and AI training programs. With a focus on making every employee more productive, Pathfindr enables organizations to build a strong and sustainable AI capability and culture.

The combined offering of Affinda and Pathfindr enables organizations to execute on their strategic initiatives of using AI to deliver operational efficiency and margin expansion. Affinda's core document reconstruction technology is also used in products that service the global legal market, under the Draftable brand. Draftable offers document comparison software products used by 1,000+ law firms and other large organizations globally.

Vesparum is focused on capital raising advisory services. It has a 10+ year track record of helping Australian founders raise growth capital. Profits from Vesparum were used to bootstrap Affinda Group's AI products prior to raising external capital in 2022.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Affinda Group supports more than 2,000 customers in more than 80 countries, with teams across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe.

Ben is an expert in machine learning, data science, software development and quantum computing. ​Ben has a PhD and Master of Science in quantum physics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).

Tim has 20+ years of experience as an investment banker and tech company founder. Previously, Tim worked at Macquarie and Lazard, where he focused on principal investments, M&A and equity capital markets.

Peter has over 35 years of capital markets experience across Australia and Europe. He is currently Chief Investment Officer at Little Group (Paul Little’s family office). Previously, Peter was Head of Equity Capital Markets at Lazard and Head of Institutional Sales at Citi for Australia & New Zealand.

Christine has 35+ years of experience as a company director, investorand entrepreneur. She currently sits on a range of high-profile for-profit and not-for-profit boards. Prior to her board career, Christine was CEO of Dun & Bradstreet’s Australia and New Zealand business from 1997 to 2011.
